Hoover & Strong, Inc., a refiner and manufacturer of precious metal jewelry in Richmond, Virginia, announces its merger with Keystone Findings, Inc.

The merger will broaden Hoover & Strong’s product offering to jewelers. “We are very excited to announce this union between two great companies,” says Hoover & Strong President, Torry Hoover. “We are committed to upholding the high level of service and quality that our customers have come to rely on from both Hoover & Strong and Keystone Findings. Our goal is to execute a seamless transition during this merger.”

Keystone Findings’ plant in Pennsylvania will be fully transported to Hoover & Strong’s facility within the coming weeks, while order fulfillment and customer service for both companies remain fully operational. Hoover & Strong plans to merge product inventory and relocate staff over the course of the summer of 2009, followed by the introduction of a new product catalog at the beginning of 2010.

As a team, Hoover & Strong and Keystone Findings co-workers are making every effort to ensure a smooth transition as equipment is moved from Pennsylvania to Virginia. There will be bumps in the road and we ask you for your patience during this period. Our goal is to be completely moved within one month.
